Tomorrow I am buying a slightly used Rise 20M, do I need the previous owner to delete this bike from his E-Tube Ride App? I am guessing this is the best app for tuning the bike. Yes? This bike already has a bunch of upgrades. Fox 36 forks, upgraded bars, shorter cranks and front and rear brake rotors and brakes. I will only need to buy a few bits for the bike. Thanks for the insight.
