Hello to all, the other day my charging port frame broke, please see pictures. My dealer has old/returned/damaged batteries from where we can remove one and replace into my battery. However, am I the first this happened too? The frame that holds the rubber flap has a little notch that the rubber «locks/snaps» against. The design is not bad at all, since it seals and make a labyrinth for water against entering the electrical connectors and a drainage for waters that enters. The weakness (in my opinion) is that the frame itself is a little fragile (U-shaped with two bolts and not a full frame) and one should be careful when one flips the rubber lid off.
When this is said, together with a broken plastic part on the chain guard, these two minor issues, is as close to issues my Shimano e-bike parts has had on my Ghost SL AMR X 3.7 Al.
