Exposure are very nice if you have the $$$, I've no first hand experience of these but they always get positive reviews:

Thanks my My friend that rides every weekend recommended it. It's a big investment but I got to work towards getting back in shape. I'm excited. Outbound Lighting is the best in the business, it’s a US company out of Chicago but they ship to the UK.
I had the Exposure Six Pack/Diablo combo and now the DH Evo package from Outbound. The OB stuff isn’t as many lumens as the Exposure lights but I can see way more with it.
