Brand new power tube 750 - possibly not charging? 1 blinking LED

Hello everyone, I am a brand new bike owner as of yesterday. I have a cube stereo hybrid HPC TM 140 2022 model.
The battery was down to 91% so I decided to charge it but noticed that the powertube 750 only has one LED that blinks and never charged. Is this normal, Where it won’t charge if it’s at 90% or above or something like that. I looked everywhere on the bosch website and can’t find anything about the one single blinking LED on the powertube 750. Hoping somebody knows. Thanks everyone...

Quick update. Went out on a really nice one hour ride. Charging the battery and still the single blinking light on the battery. It's not charging. Yes I have reset it...

That doesn’t seem right. Mine has a row of lights that gradually light up as the charge level increases. I’d ring the shop.

They accidentally gave me a 220 to 240v charger. Needs to be the 110 for the United States. This was the European spec Bosch charger. The shop actually drove it out to my house to swap it out which was really nice.

Hi, i have the same problem.
A brand new mondraker chaser r 2022, doesn't charge a full baterry.
Accept the charge but after a few minutes stop charging and appears a orange led on the led remote.

Hi there , I have a chaser R also in the uk , what sort of rangers are you getting on yours ? Does your battery drain really quick ? Mine drops by 13 % over a 6.7 mile journey along the road . Thanks if you could give me an idea of whAt ranges and battery you get . Thanks pal
