Bosch Rollover

I have a 2021 Rail 7 and, at my request, the supplying LBS changed the standard power settings on the Bosch motor to Eco, EMTB Light*, EMTB and Turbo.(* only setting changed)
When doing this re-programming, could the shop guy have inadvertently deleted the much vaunted rollover capability of the Bosch unit, where the motor powers on momentarily when pedalling stops?
I ask because, for the life of me, I can detect no such characteristic on my Rail. There is a rather unnatural surge of power when I set off sometimes but when I stop pedalling when navigating a step or similar the motor power disappears at the same time.
One of my mates has a Whyte something or other and the rollover on his bike almost launches him into space.

Houston, in the form of Stanley Fearns, Matlock, have solved the problem. They have imported newly mined dylithium crystals into the warp core and have not only reinstated the booster over-run but have also increased warp power by at least two factors.

Maybe now I will start to believe that this motor is as good as everyone keeps saying it is.
