I was riding yesterday - only thing unusual was it was a hot day for SF Bay Area (90-100F) but I've ridden the bike @ 106F without issue - Nyon (gen 2) froze so I couldn't change assist level or change screens with the thumb controller. I neglected to check whether the touchscreen responded, will check next time.

Toggling power resolved it - just a quick tap on/off. Happened 3-4 times, though it behaved normally for the second half.

Unit is about 40 months old, 4000 miles or so, figure 400 hours of service. Firmware is the latest - v4.0.1.0. The thumb controller was replaced a 1-2 years ago after a crash busted one of the buttons. I'm going to check the connector between thumb controller and head unit as well as check the contacts, do a hard reset.

Any ideas? If it continues I'll swing by Trek see if they can run diagnostics.
