Bosch Kiox Walkmode

I had a retro fitted Kiox fitted to replace the Purion on my new Whyte. I haven’t tried before but today tried it and although the screen says walk- mode activated it doesn’t work.
Does anyone know if this is software issue or a connection missing. It worked on the Purion. Thanks

It´s a 2 step process. Did push the "+" button ?

Yes I pressed the top notch and the plus.

I sugest you stand the bike, select a midle gear, ativate the walk mode and then press the + and see what appens.
