Bosch Gen 5 smart system powering down

I have a new Cube Stereo ONE44, since day one the bike has had an intermittent issue where the power indicator flashes amber 5 times and the bike powers off, this only happens going uphill on tarmac.
So far the Purion 400 and the battery have been changed, no difference bike still cuts off.

Has anyone else seen this issue on the new system?

You can actually see the ride logs on an iPhone and I suspect the below is where it starts to go wrong, currently waiting for feedback from dealer and Bosch for the next steps, I'm going to run the bike with no bluetooth and Flow app to see if this makes a difference, although the Flow app always shows the ride as being continuous although the bike would have powered down a number of times.
