Prompted by an earlier post , i am now concerned to what i have done.

My Hiabike allmnt Bosch Gen 4 , came as a mullet set up 29 front 27.5 rear . At only 5ft 3inch I found this seemed to big so i changed to 27.5 on the front. This felt a lot better but after reading previous posts where someone has changing Gen 4 software to suit wheel sizes i am now concerned as I have not made any changes to software. My question is Does it Matter and what are the consequences.

Yep, it's when changing the size of the rear wheel where you would ideally need to tell the motor it has a smaller (or larger) wheel. And even then if you didn't tell the motor the new wheel size, it only means the speed limiter cuts in a bit earlier or later than it should do.
