Hello all
When I turned on my Kiox display I noticed that it was showing no battery charge ie two lines in the battery icon. This is strange since I know the bike battery is fully charged. (Removed battery from bike plugged it into charger and it shows full) also with the Kiox off the cradle, the Kiox shows as fully charged. I remounted the Kiox on the cradle making sure it was properly seated turned it on but it still shows the same. I then reset the Kiox but still the same. Wiring seems good. Took it for a ride with bike off and while riding switched it on. Still the same. Also the motor does not kick in, in any assist level.
Only clue I have is when turning it system on the first time, it showed that there was a new update available. When I tried to update, it showed a warning Kiox low battery and switched display off. Since then I have had the issue and tried all above mentioned steps.
Any ideas?
