Bosch 500w battery

Hello I'm a Newbie , to the forum and to Ebiking.
I bought a Cube Reaction Pro in August and have only done about 400kms, and it has just had it"s first( free!) service.
The other day I plugged the battery ( off the bike) into the charger with about 1/3 charge in it, all ok it started flashing as normal..
The next day there was zero charge and none of the lights lit up.I haven't been able to get back to the dealer who said he will run a diagnostic, as I am away at the moment, but has anyone else had this or any other suggestions ?

Just to be sure (if you haven't already done this) give them your charger and the connecting leads you used to check as well.
