BLEVO - upload to strava failed. Can anyone help?

Installed BLevo on a new LG G6 and had a pretty decent ride. Took the upload to Strava when ending the ride but nothing showed up there. Tried exporting both TCX and GPX files and manually uploading but Strava gives me an "unrecognized format" message and doesn't load the ride.

Any ideas on how to get past this?
