Blevo app not overriding the speed limiter

Good afternoon,
My name is Gary and I have a brand new motor and battery for my specialized turbo levo and I have tried and tried to override the speed limiter to no avail??
Help please, I can't be limited on speed, that is like taking away Superman's cape ; (

What year Levo? Blevo does not work on some 2019/2020 versions. I can connect Blevo to my 2020 Kenevo but it would not change speed settings, I had to use other methods

if you can connect with the bike and it doesnt work try deleting the app and reinstalling to make sure you have the latest version

Others have used the light blue app to adjust wheel size etc.
