Has anyone had a issue after update the motor to the latest firmware that the bike feels kind sluggish.(Also did a reset)
My normal settings were the default 35/35 35/100 and 100/100 with Acceleration : 0

This was perfect for my ebike rides with other ebikes

Now after the update I need to set the bike to 45/45 45/100 and 100/100 and still not getting the same pop from the motor. I even had to up the Acceleration to 20% and even in turbo mode the bike does not feel as punchy as before the upgrade....

Id there a way to downgrade back to the previous version ?

Im not enjoying this new update.

„Please read the notice information carefully before updating, also note batteries cannot be updated OTA and you will not be able to roll back to the previous firmware version.“

Try the acceleration at 40%. That’s the default in Mission Control. I do not like it set at 0% either as it makes the bike feel sluggish.

As @Stompweaver said, but just to be clear, the default setting for Acceleration Response is 40%, not 0%. There was a bug in the firmware update process that caused it to be set to 0% when updating. It's supposed to be fixed but it seems like several people have reported being unexpectedly at 0%. Are you sure you ran 0% before the update? Try going back to defaults with 40% enabled.

Yes, it's all about the acceleration.
This FW "smoothened" the motor's response for many good reasons, the side effect of it is a bit more "lazy" response to rider input.
Go 40%-60% on the acceleration and you should get it to feel about the same as before.

Yes I always ran the bike with 0% acceleration and 0% shuttle as this gave me the best battery life when riding with other ebike users at the default 35/35 35/100 and 100/100
It would respond immediately and I hardly ever had to go into turbo and could ride the whole route in trail.

yesterday on my ride I had to ride 1/2 the route in turbo as trail was not that responsive. And even turbo does not feel as good as trail was before the update. The motor does not respond as it use to when going up short steep climbs.

I can’t explain it. Perhaps I just need to adapt to this newfeeling. Or up the acceleration and and sacrifice some range.

i don’t want to sound ungrateful for specialised support and trying to get more range out the motor. But if I did my homework before the update I would of gone through the process. As one forum member said “if it ain’t broke dont fix it”

just as reference I was on the original firmware that was on the bike when I purchased it in February

I can only guess that your settings weren't showing correctly before ?

If you're having to go into Turbo now to get the same assistance as you were before, then logically, you shouldn't be using more battery on the ride as you were before, you should be using less as you're finding it physically harder.

It does sound weird !!! Your mode settings would suggest that you should be getting normal response, so unless acceleration was set differently, or you possibly had shuttle set higher than 0 ?
