Bike repair stand with flat plate bottom

In a not-so-local bike shop I noticed nice bike repair stand, mounted on a pole which was attached to a flat floorplate. That is what I want in my shed, but now I can’t find any.

can you recommend a brand and type? Preferably Park Tool or a pro brand.

Thanks, but that is not it. I am looking for a flat floorplate, that lays on the floor. With a 4-5ft pole where on top is the bike mount
