Bike kit for big men

As the title I have always struggled to find bike gear to fit ie shorts, pads, waterproof jacket etc.
I currently got funkier shorts in 3xl just about fit
Leatt knee/shin pads in biggest size just about fit
Can’t find a decent light weight waterproof jacket
I’m 6”1
20st
Got large legs lol 30” thigh
19” calf
42 waist
54” chest
I ride motorbikes enduro and road and struggle with kit for them too
Any recommendations
