Best pedal cadence for M600

Watched the video on the M600S and from it I got that to get the best out of the battery and motor the optimum cadence was between 100 and 105. Would this be correct ?

The M600 does seem to like a higher cadence, 100 cadence is high for most of us and probably higher than I would expect a manufacturer to set as optimum.

When I moved to 152mm cranks the motor seemed much happier ( shorter cranks will allow easier spinning of the cranks ) and as I probably operate in that 90 - 100 zone as I ride analogues, the combination of a 52 volt battery and 152mm cranks really bought the motor into my comfort zone.
