Battery problem

Ten days ago by after installing the new mission app for my turbo Levo year 2017 the bike app was working weird. I decided to bring it to the dealer here in mission Viejo California.
They decided to upload some updates and since my battery has three red lights flashing. The bike is still at the dealer trying to fix the problem. Specialized are so far not helping or not able to fix it.
I don’t want to buy a new battery. My battery was healthy when I went to the dealer.
What can I do? May be somebody can fix it. I need help.
