Hi,found this forum interesting as I just bought a Levo in Orlando and still having problems with getting a battery in Lima,Peru. After riding for 3 months in orlando I fell in love with ithe bike,as I’m 59,have 3 bypasses and this bike let me have longer rides. But,when trying to bring it back home to Lima,Peru got tangled in a nightmare about how to go about with the battery.I decided to leave the original in Orlando for sale and buy one here.I prepaid $USD1,200.00 at Specialized rep in Lima 20 days before my arrival as they offered that delivery date.Been here since Sept 13 and all they could help me with was with a used battery that feels that doesn't run well the turbo mode.No delivery estimate yet.Bad thing to find out that you cannot travel with bike without running thru hoops.I hope somebody figures out an easy way to carry the battery.I even suggested a startup to develop a special box that would let for the batt to be carried safely on a plane but my startup buddy doubted the market was big enough to invest in research and FAA approval.
