BATTERY ISSUE, SPECIALIZED LEVO 2018

Hello All.
need some help please with my specialized levo 2017 battery.
I add an handbar switch to my e-bike. Since then, the battery is "dead". I can no longer switch it on. it is fully carged but won't turn on.
did any one had this issue? can anyone help?

Try removing the switch and see if it works then

My Gen 1 2018 battery won't come on now, and it is fully charged. Have you learned anything about your battery you can share?
