Battery have no output ampere

Hi!
I have a 2017 Levo and the battery won’t power my motor. I have a new cable to the motor and it works with another battery. I noticed that it’s showing 0Amp in the app.
Anyone have any knowledge about this problem?

Hi again, I’ve done some measurements and the bad battery only have 1,3v on upper right pin and nothing on upper left pin.
Guess there’s a bad connection on the inside.
Do you know if it’s possible to change the connector?

Not the same motor/battery but my neighbor was having power issues (Trek Rail). After we checked every possible electrical connection we swapped batteries and then bikes (same bike) to narrow it down to an internal battery issue for him. LBS replaced his battery, for free, and the power issue disappeared. But there are a number of things it could be. It’s a game …or process of elimination.
