Hello Everyone, I have a 2022 Turbo Levo Pro Gen 3, two years old, which I ride several times a week, 25-35 miles at a time. Odometer shows 4300 miles. Lately, I have noticed when the battery gets to around 67%, the bike power feels much more sluggish, and this becomes more noticeable below 50%. Of note, my battery firmware is NOT up to date (my nearest dealer is 2 1/2 hours away), see attachments. Anyone else have this happen? I suppose the first step is to burn a day and drive to the dealer for the update. Other option is a new battery I guess (yikes!). One more thing, during one long ride, the battery got down to 12% and completely quit. Display was still on, but the motor was nonfunctional, with 3 miles to go. I learned a lesson that day.

Sounds more like a faulty battery or possibly a connection problem with lower amps. Though you'll have voltage compensation on a gen3, so it should stay consistent.

Check all your connections.

The other option would be reduced performance in particularly low temperatures.
