Battery charger repairs?

Hi Guys. My Focus Shimano E8000 charger has packed up. When you plug it in there are a couple of steady green flashes as normal then a feint green flash and nothing. On the feint green flash the TEC battery flashes once so there is some output for a split second.
I'm sure its the charger as I have a spare one and its working normally.
Is there anywhere I can get a repair done?

Do not repair charger, just recycle it and use new one.
