Hey guys just wanted to tell you about water getting into the m600. I had previously greased up the clutch side as that had got a bit in and was a bit rusty on the gears. However the left hand side bearing seemed a bit rumbly so I pulled it off and then pulled the rubber seal off . This is just a 2 RS bearing and doesn’t look of good quality manufacturing. These type of bearings Aren’t really supposed to be waterproof, just really a dust seal , if it is of better quality then has a better chance of keeping moisture out.
I regreased it and put it back together and ordered a KOYO which is a good quality brand. These are a 60/22 not a standard bearing but easy enough to get.
I shall see how water runs go now
Also apliied a bit of loctite 515 to the shaft to seal that.
