Pulled apart my motor again as the free wheel was still slipping when you had to rapidly engage the pedals. I flushed out all the grease properly this time and just added some light engine oil instead of some sticky engine running in lube .
It now works nearly 100 percent but does have a notchy grab if you pedal it hard of a back spin on the pedals however doesn’t slip or completely have both as it did previously.
Will enquire as to a new one from BAFANG if I can . I have found the gear for sale with the bearing but not the bearing by itself
