Badass box not working ?

My bike has been updated I use the badass box my power keeps conking off is this because of the update ? Or would the box not work at all if the bike was updated ?

the worst thing you can do when using a dongle is to get it updated but it could be the batt in the dongle needs changing.

if it is not that then ask the dealer to roll back the update.

If I ask them to roll back the update they will know iv deristricted and wont work on my bike can an update be rolled back ?

changed the battery and its back working,but power is still concking out now and again.
