I was running Shimano 10/45 without any issues. does the chain look to loose in 9tooth? B screw set correct using that one plastic tool as a gauge that goes across the 2 pulleys. Is your derailuer dropout aligned properly?

I need to check the chain length as I got it currently the same length as it was using a 10-50 cassette so not 100% sure how long it should be

Found the problem it turns out e thirteen do 2 cassettes one that suitable for axs and one for e bike's but neither for both so the one I have is supposed to be OK for my bike but not with axs but they are working on developing one for both.

What's the difference between them?

No idea really apart from they said u get shifting issues on the trs one with axs I think the helix one is a lot lighter so not as strong but could be wrong.
