Axs setting up??

Trying to set up a new gx axs mech. I cannot get the mech to shift into the largest cog. Let you king at potential issues - does the hope pro 4 hub need a spacer to run with a 12 speed cassette. Getting a little frustrated. I’ve got the builders in and I can’t find anything to work with.

Yes, you need a 1mm spacer on a Shimano / Hope freehub, otherwise the cassette will not lock correctly and will still be a bit lose when the lockring is fully tigtened. Have you set up the upper and lower limit stops correctly and then done the alignment?
