They wouldn't normally wear to that extent in such a short mileage. They are OEM Shimano. 1945km out of the little feckers!
it does. but a lot of what you're looking at is shifting tooth profile. If you look at the sections between each tooth you can see some look flat rather than nicely rounded. But even that is no indication. Depending on particular cassetteIs it me or does the cassette look worn as well? ?

do you run your chain dry or something?
If it works it is not worn.
Hardly surprising if your jockey wheels were looking anything like they do now.New cassette, chain and front ring did not take it back to how it shifted when it was new.

When you fit your new jockeys check the mech function is smooth and slop free and straight as well as hanger alignment, chain length and B-tension position. Also check your gear cable inner and outer and replace if needed.
If it's not shifting well something is worn, sticky or out of alignment.
A wee money/time saving tip for cables:
when outer gear cable is old/well used it tends to fray at the ends inside the ferrules causing friction and vague indexing. but rather than replacing the whole outer cable each time this happens you can often get away with just removing the ferrules and cutting the first and last 10mm ish off. (you'll need proper cable cutters) you can then flush out the outer and replace the ferrules and inner cable for new ones. Just make sure to check the inner now moves smoothly. (a lot less hassle than replacing most full internally routed outer cables, especially on Ebikes)
Mine have worn exactly like that every time. XT 11 speed.
