Anyone where the bike serial number (barcode?) is located on a Rise?

I have the serial number, but the dealer needs a picture of it to process the crank warranty claim. I don't see one anywhere on mine!

From memory it’s underneath frame by forks

I think it's on the frame at the rear of the motor (so between motor and rear tyre)

I think mine is where Shjay's is. Under the top of the downtube up near the forks/headset.

Pretty sure my Rise is up near the fork and my Rallon is at the bottom bracket.

So to close the loop on this, mine was located on the rear of the bottom bracket area and required removing the rear wheel to get at it. Interesting that they aren't all in the same place. Mine was a custom paint build - maybe that's the reason?

Yeah. Odd, for sure. When I first saw it I thought the barcode was actually in all three spots. Mine was up on the underside of the top tube by the fork.
