My current battery, this past year, was approaching its limit at 25 miles. For the upcoming season I was researching getting the EnergyPak Smart 800. I was wondering if anyone could please comment on there experiences or dreams, on the battery upgrade.

Hi, I use the 800 on my 21 trance. Results considering the cold in the Uk at the moment have been excellent. My normal loop I do a few times a week is 40k with 680 mtrs of climbing. On the 625 in the winter I’d be left with 2 bars, on the 800 I can do the loop twice and still have 1 bar left. In the summer should be even better, I’m very happy with it. I sold my 625 for 400, and a range extender for 350, so the 800 was a no brainier 👍

2023 Reign e+2 with 800 wh battery.
I rode 16 miles with only 1000' of actual vertical. Varied between level 3 to 5 as I wanted to keep it against the 20 mph limiter. Easy gravel route. Averaged almost 17 mph with a couple of short stops. Used 32% of battery and it said I have 40 more miles of range at that pace. I am 100KG. Was 35 degrees F. That route with the same parameters on my 2020 Reign e+2 would use between 60% and 70% of the 500 wh stock battery.
