Anyone receive the Range extender for the Rise yet?

I’m in the US and in December Orbea told me they have 100 coming to the states. I was thinking maybe a slight chance one would be mine. Oh well, is this the new life? Wait for everything?!!

Funny, just called Orbea in the states and he told me early March. I think these companies just wing it.

We are waiting on a restock of the battery which is estimated to arrive within the next few weeks. This is an item that ships directly from the US (once a large order arrives to our facilities in AR) instead of Spain like the rest of our items. Because of this the web isn't able to draw the correct estimated date from our internal system. Sorry about that! As soon as it ships you will receive a confirmation email.

Thanks for your message and sorry for the delayed response. The Range Extenders for the US market are currently in transit and are due at our US location before the end of this month. It will likely be the first week of May for delivery to your selected dealer but you will receive an email when it ships from the US location for a more accurate date.
