I’ve finally decided to pick up a Levo, going to go with the Pro as there’s less stuff I’d have to upgrade. I’ve only found two stores that have my size in stock (S2), Balfe’s and Tredz. It’s on sale at Balfe’s, almost £1200 off. I think Tredz will match the price but I’ve never ordered from either shop, are either of these any good?

I brought both my orbea rise and trek rail from Balfes. Gatwick

both times the sale has been perfect and when I had a problem with the trek rail balfes dealt with it no problem under warranty

hope this helps

Thanks guys! Unfortunately Balfe’s won’t ship to the highlands so I probably won’t be buying from them. I’m waiting to hear back from Tredz now on a price match.

I have never heard of Balfes, so I cannot comment.
But I have been using Tredz for years and I've never had a problem with them.
I’m just waiting to see if they’ll price match Balfe’s, they have the Levo Pro for £10170. That’s the lowest price I’ve seen so no idea what Tredz will do.

Balfes is on a mission to be the next big UK bike shop chain.

they started as a shop in Dulwich, and then began expanding and buying up local shops in the south east, including my LBS in Reigate.

I was sceptical at first as LBS had been in same family ownership for a century and was part of the community, but actually Balfes have been good.

the financial backers are ex Evans directors who move on when it was sold to Sports Dorect.
