As title end of my chain protectors lifted 1st use/wash.. And better solutions

Plenty.
Stick it back on.
Buy a neoprene and velcro sleeve, loads of them on the net, bike mags give them away.
Put some helicopter tape on. I'd use several layers in case of heel rub.

Yep.....just clean it and re stick.....additional heli tape next time.

Same thing happened on my missus' Thron2. Had the LBS stick it back down again as part of the first service (100km).
