I just searched this forum as well as the all-knowing Internet, but I didn't find anything about replacing the Turbo Levo TCU CR1620 battery other than how to do it. (Grab a coin cell battery with a tweezer?!??! WTF?!?!)

Have any of you needed to replace the TCU coin cell?

If you replaced it, what happened that made you think the cell might be dead?

I haven't yet but since my bike is 2.5 years old, I picked one up and will change it soon

I went through all this a year ago when I had TCU issues - and asked the same question on this forum, but got no answers. In the end I took the bike to the Specialized dealer because it finally stopped switching on altogether, and I was fairly sure this was because the TCU was playing up (which is what it turned out to be, and I've had no problems since it was replaced - and I taped it up this time). They told me that some LED's flash on the TCU before the TCU battery dies completely, but I can't remember which ones exactly.
