Anybody here run a GNCC emtb?

I'm planning to run Lorrettas and the one in Kentucky this year (hope springs eternally).

If you have run a gncc emtb before, share your setup so I can copy cat... just joking but seriously devulge something useful. Lol.

What would you guess your average speed was?

I did the one last year at steel creek . From the video of the different race the courses varied a lot. The course we raced at steel creek , half of it was cut the day before the race and was raw and natural . You can look at last years results and get a feeling of the average speeds. No matter what you will have a blast very professionally run event. The top guys hold an average of over 19mph
