any tips on ebike care when storing out side shed

hello i bite the bullet hurt my bank balance today i got ebike today i store my normal bike in a prefab shed .but i selling the push bike mtb to make way for the ebike any tips on storing in damp prebab & freecing with battery and motor wires.cheers sorry about my english writing any info please

May be worth doing some work to insulate the shed. Some form of wipe clean flooring with the same sort of underlay used for laminate flooring will probably help most. Ensuring some ventilation will also help. Then wall cladding with timber.

As far as the bike is concerned, remove the battery and keep that indoors. After a ride/cleaning the bike, try to keep it somewhere warm and dry on a temporary basis before putting it in the shed. Covering the bike with a fleece blanket will help keep condensation and dust off.

Lock it to a ground anchor with a good (Gold) quality chain!

My bikes are usually kept in the house but if I leave one in the garage on a workstand for any length of time, because I am working on it, I remove the battery and both wheels.
