Any one have any indication of what could be wrong with my Norco efatbike chager. We have two only two years old and one is not functioning.

It could be possible that someone in here has had a similar issue with Norco chargers and may be able to help you diagnose the problem.
A bit more information could be helpful to someone trying to help. (ie; when, how, where, charger model etc). Having two chargers may be beneficial which could allow you to measure the outputs (ie; supply power, output, connections etc).

have you tried measuring the voltage at the output of the charger to see if it's working?
