Have any of you peeps got this?when pulling sideways(up with one hand down with other)force on the handlebars?,I’ve had the whole assembly out ie stem cleaned, forks out cleaned, bearings out cleaned, plenty of grease and friction paste where required, the only thing I couldn’t remove was that beefy acros lock blocking crown race, might of answered my own question there but it is very tight?it actually sounds like it’s coming from the coil shock area but I think the sound is just travelling that way because there is an opening in the frame just above the mount,it’s driving me ?it actually doesn’t sound as loud as the video clip

I take it these acros bearings are supposed to stay intact inside the cup? I couldn’t get the bearings out of the cup,oh well at least I know I need a top cup as two of the Ball bearings are damaged and grindy?ive ordered a cane creek internal zs44/56 without a block lock as you can replace the bearing in those and I’m not impressed with acros,BTW it is the shock making the noise where it’s attached to the yoke?even with grease around the faces it makes that sound even at 6Nm tight, used loctite and torque the bolt too 5nm all good?commencal got back too me very quickly (as usual do they sleep next to the computer?) the correct torque without loctite is 8NM for the rear shock bolt?
