The USFS is taking public comments on proposed changes to their ebike policies.
If you would like to voice your opinion on possibly allowing ebikes on Forest Service trails where regular 'analog' bikes are allowed, please take a few minutes to leave public comments here:

The actual proposed policy changes are linked from that page, but in short, they are adopting the class 1/2/3 designations and proposing that where practical that ebikes are allowed on trails where regular bikes are allowed.
