Hi guys,

Have anyone experience similar issue as I have already 2 times when descending agressively?

ISSUE:
During descending, particularly on rocky, rowdy terrain and basically playing around with the bike, overjumping roots, rocks, pumping etc... my chain dropped off the upper pulley and basically the torque sensor as well.
Due to the load of the suspension I guess the chain get off that little chainguide on the upper pulley.
For the first I have not noticed it at first so even did few pedal stroke but knew something is off. Unfortunately when searching what happened discovered the dropped chain and due to the pedal atroke even rubbed the chain stay significantly.
It took me quiet some while to get the chain back. As motor cover off, chainguide off , tensioning the chain which is extremely awkward with those pulleys.

Then after few rides it happened again bit I knew already that it is wrong so stopped immefiatly and out the chain back.

I am about to write RM about their opinion and see their reaction.
But I am qiuet dissapointed with this bug. As it gives me some stress when descending that it might happen again.

Attached some pictures.
So FYI be aware that this might happen to you as well.

Derailleur clutch probably needs cleaning out and readjusting as it's not keeping enough tension on the chain.
