Altera bike carrier querie

I have an Altera Strada sport M but find the wheel channels are too narrow for my plus tyres so its a pain loading for this old bloke .
Would anybody know if there is an alternative make with wider channels that t might be interchangeable?
Roofbox the supplier were not

I got longer straps for my Atera Strada eBike carrier as a spare part directly from Atera. The 27.5 x 3.0 tires fit perfect now.

Have a look at the Atera Homepage. You should also get them for your "Sport".
If your straps are riveted, you will also need the new channel version. If not... changing is easy.

Thanks I have the longer straps but your mention of "new Channel Version" intrigues can you point me at a pic or supplier

My carrier is a 2015 model. This was the reason, why I have needed new channels... The straps were riveted on them and couldn't be changed.

Old and new channels are equal, both are 85mm wide (outside). Only the fixing of the straps is different.

I just remember... directly from Atera isn't correct. Sorry.
A local supplier (Germany) ordered them from Atera more then three years ago.

Thanks mine's 2018 so latest spec ....decided as I like the rest of the Altera design I will make my own wheel extensions to assist this old fart
