My partner has just taken delivery of a brand new Haibike Alltrack5 bike from a UK dealer.
The bike arrived with a separately packed battery, the battery is a 'Trendpower' battery. Further to this it was a bad fit and actually fell out after locking in place. It transpired that the top bracket had to be moved down to make a tighter fit.
It's been suggested to me that a new Haibike should have a new Haibike branded battery with it. Have we been subject to some questionable tactics here?
