allmtn 7.0 carbon bumpy bits on top of shock mount issue

This has appeared after the last couple of rides, its the top of the rear triangle where the shock mounts.
my dealer says it could be carbon flexing!! there are 2 bumps where the paints come off.
anyone know local dealer near hull?

Is the triangle hitting the underside of the top tube, small frame?
