Allmnt 6 ( or 7) Battery Removal

Hi There, does anyone have problems removing the battery from the bike. I like to take it off the bike and charge indoors at room temperature, but find it incredibly hard to remove sometimes. The Key doesnt want to turn unless I put pressure onto the battery by pushing back into the frame. Feels like I need to adjust something and just wondered if anyone had some advice how to loosen it up ? or how to remove easily

Did you read the instruction how to remove the battery?

Of course, I am well aware how its supposed to work, but its remarkably stiff.

Hi yes i was having the same issue, there was a small rubber pad on mine which appeared to be put in the wrong place removed it and placed it in a better position and things were much improved.
