Had a problem with the frame on my 2019 turbo levo HT, Specialized come through on the warranty and offered me a brand new bike, all sorted in under 3 weeks. Credit where credit is due @Specialized Rider Care ???Credit to Rutland MK aswell. Commendable work.

I had a different issue - on my first serious ride on my 2021 Turbo Levo Comp the bike would do an uncommanded escalation of power level to Turbo Mode. This occurred whenever I hit a technical section and need to pedal a bit harder. I figured out I had to put the brake on climbing because we all know these things are a beast in Turbo mode.

Clicking on the minus button on the handlebar remote didn't work to get out of Turbo mode. Eventually figured out I had to click on the up button then the down power button would work. The trail I was on was very technical and my XTR clipless pedal broke, which made keeping shoe on pedal another fun factor while I was trying to keep up with others on the trail.

I made a video showing the silly click sequence above so they couldn't blame the rider before I took it in. The dealer found no error codes - replacing the remote on warranty solved the problem.
