Aftermarket chargers

I have a specialized turbo levo, but I imagine there are other manufacturers with the same connector so I posted this in the general chat. I need to get a 2nd charger so I have one at work and one at home just in case I forget to charge. I'm getting tired of packing up the charger and taking it w/ me every time.

I've seen at least one person say they just use a voltage regulator, but do these chargers not balance the cells? You'd need a charger to handle that.

What aftermarket chargers are out there now that play well with ebikes? I see the satiator, but I'm not sure what that buys me aside from being twice the price of the stock one.

I wouldn't, a not well designed charger could be a problem for battery longevity and fire danger

You will probably void your warranty too if you use another charger. I would ask Specialized support in any case. They are responsive and usually accurate.
