Advice needed please - DT Swiss H1900 axle

Evening all - Newbie needing advice please... Stupidly In my excitement to get out on my E-Sommet tomorrow morning for a quick blast, Doing some pre flight checks I have managed to snap the fixing on the end of the rear hub axle for my DT Swiss E1900... I have tried to search the usual places for a replacement with a few axles to choose from and a bit lost, would really appreciate a point in the right direction as to the right one to buy as.. Thanks in advance

The axle is specific to the frame, rather than the hub - i.e you just need a thru axle of the right size - this is where it gets slightly more complicated as you need both the right length, and pitch of thread.

I cant remember what it is for the E-Sommett, but I think @Gary knows as he sorted me out when I snapped mine a while back. IIRC the one it comes with is a Brand X, I think the dimensions might be written on the axle itself somewhere

Don't have my ESommet to hand but if you look in the Vitus forum I did a sticky topic for the E Sommet frame bearing numbers, bolt torques etc. you'll also find rear axle spec in there.

E-Sommet bearing numbers and torque values (incl headset bearing info and rear thru axle spec)

Giving this it's own thread for Reference Bearings required are: 2x 6900 RS 2x 6901 RS 8x 6802 RS 2x 6902 RS D/L PDF for Torque Values All main Pivot bolts and shock Bolts are 15Nm The Horst Link 6Nm. Check the PDF below to confirm for yourself...
