About to enter the world of emtb!

46 year old from Surrey whose been riding mtb on and off for 30 years (maybe one day I’ll get good at it!) and about to take the plunge into the world of emtb….
Used the forum as a great source of information as an observer and thought it was time I signed up!

Welcome to the club! I just signed up as well. I actually bought my emtb April of this year, right after my 47th birthday. I've been riding road and mountain bikes for just about as long. I found myself riding my mountain bike more and more, mainly for exploring and a lot more comfortable than a road bike. What I really wanted was a bike that can do it all. On and off road. I enjoy exploring trails more, but I still like the constant burn of putting in some decent miles on the road. These bikes can do it all, and in comfort. I haven't been on any of my other bikes since I bought my emtb, and I put a little over 600 miles on it so far. So far no regrets.
