A question about keys

Is it possible to get a replacement battery key if you don’t have any keys and not even the code?

I’m thinking that you are basically doomed or is there hope?

I would have thought if you have the original receipt and a note of the serial number of the bike, they should be able to issue you with a set of keys.

I was adviced "DON`T LOSE THE KEY NUMBER OR YOU ARE DOOMED FOR ETERNITY"

Looks like it's worth taking a photo of your key number then .. or sticking it in your phone contacts..
